The Link between Individual and Organizational Learning

I posted this video for the Strategic Management Master’s students at University of Valencia.

They were asked to write a short essay on the subject “The link between individual and organizational learning” and more specifically the 7 ways that learning can go wrong in a company.

The assignment reads: Find an example for each of the 7 incomplete learning cycles and (for extra credit) link them to the case-study discussed in class.

This video is a summary of the research paper they are supposed to use as a reference.
